We want to answer any questions you may have. For some, homeopathy is a new concept, but that's where we come in. We live for homeopathy and spreading the word on how well it really works! One way or another, you can reach us just about any time of the day.

Customer Service is open 9am - 6pm EST Monday - Friday.

If you are calling during non-office hours or all lines are busy, please leave a message with your name and phone number, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

• We respond to emails and message within 24 hours on weekdays. On weekends, we will respond at the latest by 12pm EST the following Monday.
• For information on how to order by fax or mail, please check Our Shipping page.
• All returns must be have name, address and order number* on the outside of the package to be processed. Any returns received without this information will be refused or discarded.

*For returns purchased via Naturasil.co.uk please add "UK" to the end of your order number to assist our Receiving & Returns Department in getting your refund processed sooner.
