Q. Why use your natural extracts when there are many prescription and over the counter drugs?

A. Our formulas are 100% pure and natural extracts that are a combinatiion of traditional homeopathy and herbal remedies. Our products are classified as FDA registered homeopathic drugs. These herbal extracts have the ability to penetrate into the cell membranes faster than any known substance.


Q. Why is it important that the treatment is being absorbed into skin?

A. Although our products are applied topically, the extracts have unique properties that penetrate your skin cells to combat your condition at the source. While some prescription medications contain chemicals that can cause harmful side effects such as kidney and liver damage when absorbed through your digestive system. Our all-natural ingredients will not do that kind of damage because they are absorbed straight through the skin.


Q. Is Naturasil safe?

A.Yes, Naturasil is safe to use. We ask that you try a patch test area on your skin before a full treatment regimen is started. Naturasil products are made from all-natural ingredients and are safe to use externally. All Naturasil products -except Naturasil Internal Parasite Treatment- may be harmful if swallowed.

Please keep all products away from children. If ingested, call the poison control center at 1-800-222-1222 and tell them the products contents.

Check to see if your specific product can be taken by women who are pregnant or nursing. For proper diagnosis of all skin conditions, please see a medical professional.

If you experience any adverse reaction to any Naturasil product, discontinue use of the product immediately.


Q. Is Naturasil approved by the FDA?

A. The FDA oversees all food and drug products. All homeopathic medicines must be individually registered as OTC drugs in terms of FDA regulations. In compliance with these regulations, all of Naturasil's homeopathic remedies are individually registered with the FDA. We manufacture all Naturasil products in house in a FDA-registered facility which is also a GMP certified facility to guarantee the highest degree of consistency, reliability and potency.


Q. How long has this product been on the market?

A. All of our homeopathic remedies have been on the market for over 7 years with the exceptinos of Naturasil Anti-Wrinkle, Naturasil for Muscle & Joint Pain and Naturasil for Gout, which we recently added to our product line. All Naturasil products are manufactured according to the highest pharmaceutical standards and using only quality ingredients from nature.


Q. Can your products be used on children?

A. Naturasil for Scars, Naturasil for Stretch Marks, and Naturasil for Eczema can be used on babies, children, and adults. All other Naturasil products are recommended for adults and children 5 years of age and older.


Q. I am pregnant. Can I use your products?

A. You may use Naturasil for Scars, Naturasil for Stretch Marks, and Naturasil for Eczema, but you are not advised to use any other Naturasil products while pregnant or nursing.


Q. What forms of payment do you accept?

A. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. We also accept any bank debit/check card with a VISA or MasterCard logo.

Keep in mind that if you use TeleCheck via PayPal, your order can be delayed up to 4 days while we wait for the funds to clear. However, you will be notified when your order ships.


Q. Do you accept eChecks or Visa Check Cards?

A. Yes we do accept eChecks via PayPal.


Q. Is it safe to submit my credit card number to you online?

Q. Do you accept PayPal?

A. Yes, we accept PayPal.


Q. If I do not have a credit card, can I submit mail orders and fax orders?

If you are paying by check, expect mailing delays and delays in shipping by 5-7 days while waiting for the check to clear.  We recommend sending a money order so that we can ship same day of receipt, if received by 2PM EST. For international orders, we require an International Money Order, payable in US dollars.

Q. Do you ship to Australia, Canada, Asia, New Zealand, Europe and other countries or continents?

A. Yes, we ship all over the world.

Please order from Naturasil UK|EU if you are within the UK or EU. Your items will be shipped from out UK Distribution center in Manchester, UK.

All other destinations are shipped from Naturasil.com out of the USA. Simply enter your shipping destination and the shopping cart will show you your shipping options. If you have any problems, feel free to contact us. Generally, Global Priority Mail is received within 7-10 business days. Parcel post can take from 10-20 days depending on the destination. UPS Express and Postal Express can take from 4-10 days depending on customs in your country. For more information on shipping, see our 'Shipping' page.


Q. How long will it take for me to get my order?

A. All online and fax orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt. We estimate 2-6 business days for product delivery using the United States Postal Service (after processing and shipment). For International orders, please see above. Q. Can I return the unused product for a refund?

A. We are confident in our natural products. We offer a 90 day 100% Money Back Guarantee. Simply make a diligent effort to use the products as directed for at least 30 days, and if you are not satisfied with the product, you may return the unused portion with their original containers to us.

Please include your name, address and order number* on the outside of the package. Returns must be received within 90 days of original purchase date. We will refund the purchase price, less shipping fees.

*For returns purchased via Naturasil.co.uk please add "UK" to the end of your order number to assist our Receiving & Returns Department in getting your refund processed sooner.
