I'm not sure how effective it is with balance, strength and flexibility but I do know that when I wore it on my left wrist I noticed that I didn't get as many scabies bites as on my right wrist (6 vs 21). So I started wearing the power band on my right wrist and infestations lessened dramatically.

I really wish I could just order one more so I can wear it on both wrists.
