Please note: This is IMPORTANT! You must spend time in the sun to return pigment to your skin once the fungus is gone. The tinea versicolor fungus depletes pigmentation in the skin. The only way to even out skin tones is to spend time in the sun, bringing melatonin back to the surface and returning color to the splotchy areas.
