What Are Bed Bugs?
Bed bugs are small, flat, wingless insects with six legs that, like mosquitoes, feed on blood from people or animals. They range in color from almost white to brown, but they turn rusty red after feeding. The common bed bug doesn't grow much longer than 0.2 inches (0.5 centimeters) and can be seen by the naked eye by the astute observer. Bed bugs get their name because they like to hide in the folds of the mattress or box spring. Bed bugs can also hide in floors, furniture, behind frames, in knick-knacks, curtains, in outlets... pretty much anywhere. Bed bugs feed at night and are attracted by the carbon dioxide we exhale while sleeping.

Instructions
- Locate Bed Bugs - Inspect all areas of each room for evidence of bed bugs. Leave nothing unturned. Check bed, bed frame, furniture, baseboards, rugs, behind switch plates, and wall art.
- Prepare the Area - Thoroughly clean each area. Strip and wash all linens & bedding in hot (120º or more) water. Vacuum up any bed bugs found, paying special attention to seams and folds on mattresses and box springs. Dispose of the vacuum bag or canister contents off-premises ASAP! Disinfect any hard surfaces with BenzaRid.
- Attack Bed Bugs Where They Hide - Using a handheld steamer, combat bed bugs by thoroughly steaming anywhere you have seen evidence of bed bugs. Make sure steam is getting into all cracks and crevices.
- Treat the Bed - Carefully treat the folds, seams, and tufts of mattresses and box springs, headboards, footboards, and bed frames with a handheld steamer. Lightly apply Bed Bug Patrol Bed Bug Killer Spray to all areas you just steamed.
- Treat the Furniture - Apply Bed Bug Patrol Bed Bug Killer Spray and Crawling Insect Control Dust to all the cracks and crevices of furniture, walls, and floors. Note: Be sure to check for hollow legs and spray underneath furniture.
- Trap the Bed Bugs - Install Bed Bug Traps (tacky side up) below furniture, anywhere legs or feet of furniture touch the ground.
- Follow Up in 2 Weeks - Repeat steps if bed bugs are persisting.

"I bought this from Amazon back in 2020. My son who is 23 brought them home some how. It started in his room we had exterminators come in we took out all of his stuff and completely stripped his room carpet and all. Worked for several months trying to get rid of them and it never was a bunch of them just a few that we were seeing. We thought they were gone put everything back in his bedroom after months of no one being in there then found out they were in our couch. We burned the couch, that is when I found Bed bug patrol. Stripped my living room of everything sprayed it and didn't buy any new furniture for months. I stripped my sons room again, not the new carpet, sprayed everything down with this including the mattresses. The smell was not bad at all, I like the mint and clove smell. We did all the spraying outside of the mattresses. He has a full mattress cover now since getting them the first time. I got rid of his bed which was wood. They hide in wood and it's harder to get rid of them so we got rid of that put a metal frame in his room. So finally we are bed bug free have not seen any in about 2 months. If they do come back this is what I will use and I am keeping this on had from this point forward. It is the only thing that we have found that will work. My advice if you get them put everything outside in plastic bags where the sun can hit it they hate being hot. Mattresses and all and use this on everything. Bed bugs are rampant now and you can get them even if you are very clean."

"No store-bought pesticide will stop bed-bugs. They are cancer with legs. I got this stuff and a generic Home Depot hand-pump sprayer. After way too many failures at sending these little blood-sucking bastards back to hell I got serious. All mattresses went out back and got burned, all bed linens, curtains, etc took a trip through the dryer, steamed all the carpeting through the whole house (the little demons had nests in the living room carpet). Sprayed the whole house with this stuff (several gallons), waited until dry, dusted with diatomaceous earth (non-toxic dust made from fossilized algae that kills bedbugs by drying them out) and steamed the furniture with special steamer that gets hot enough to kill the eggs. Sprayed again once a week for the next month (just to be sure) and made sure nothing (nobody) that might have got them from our house brought them back.
