Anti-wrinkle creams, lotions, serums, and various other ‘potions’ making promises to turn back the hands of time have been on the market for decades. It’s no secret that the cosmetics and beauty industry preys on consumers looking to maintain a youthful appearance or restore their skin to the smooth, wrinkle-free skin they once had.
While some consumers will not think twice about spending hundreds of dollars on a tiny jar in a bottle that promises to erase wrinkles, others will look for a faster or more sure fix and spend thousands of dollars on more invasive treatments such as Botox treatments, collagen injections, and plastic surgery.
The fact is, the beauty industry is full of products that promise miracles that simply do not deliver. Similar to the weight-loss industry, consumers willingly pump billions of dollars into anti-wrinkle products in search of younger-looking, wrinkle-free skin, kind of like they do when it comes to finding a miracle weight loss pill or supplement.
Needless to say, when I see products that promise to miraculously smooth away wrinkles, especially ones at an incredibly affordable price, I am understandably, very skeptical.
When I found out about Naturasil Anti-Wrinkle Serum, I decided to put it to the test. Before I tell you about my experience with this product, I'm going to first share with you my background to give you some perspective.
My skin was so sun-damaged that it looked like a piece of leather. As a female over the age of 50, at this stage of my life, I expect to see more fine lines and wrinkles and accept them.
I grew up in Brooklyn, New York, and throughout my teens and twenties, I spent my summers at Rockaway Beach, equipped with a sun reflector and baby oil. I would get to the beach at high noon and bake away in the hot sun, slathered in baby oil, until 4 or 5 p.m. Yeah, I know. Looking back, it was incredibly stupid to do that. However, back in those days, skin cancer, sun damage, and sunscreen were not the hot topics they are today.
As the years went on, my love for the sun never faded, but by the time I was in my 30s and 40s, the baby oil and sun reflector were a thing of the past. By then, I was using some sort of sunscreen but probably not what I should have been using, however, the damage had already been done.
Today, while I do love the sun, I minimize my exposure to about 30 minutes at a time once or twice a week, primarily for the Vitamin D benefits from the sun and because I love that feeling you get when the sun is on your skin on a hot summer afternoon.
As I got older, the years I had spent on Rockaway Beach had caught up with me. The skin on my chest was so sun-damaged, that it looked like a piece of leather. The skin on your chest is thinner than it is compared to other areas, is more sensitive compared to other areas, and is much more susceptible to sun damage and wrinkles, which is why my chest looked like it did.
I had received a bottle of Naturasil Anti-Wrinkle Serum and decided to put it to the test. What got me intrigued in trying it out in the first place is that it uses Organic Moroccan Argan Oil as its main ingredient and the product itself is made from all-natural ingredients, which is something that truly appealed to me.
Putting Naturasil Anti-Wrinkle Serum to The Test
To be quite honest, I wasn't really expecting to see noticeable, much less dramatic results. Here's a picture of my chest before I began using Naturasil Anti-Wrinkle Serum. The deep wrinkles in my skin are quite apparent.
While I wasn't as concerned with the lines around my eyes as much as my chest, I decided to put it to the test and see how it would work on the fine lines and wrinkles on the corners of my eyes.
I began applying Naturasil Anti-Wrinkle Serum to my face and chest every night before bed. I generally do not have dry skin, but one of the things I did notice within a few short days of using this product was that it kept my skin moist. I also noticed that when applying makeup, it kept it from caking up and settling into any lines on my skin. After a few mornings, I began to notice that the deep lines and wrinkles in my chest began to dissipate and the fine lines and wrinkles around my eyes became almost nonexistent.
One day while I was out and about, to my surprise, a few friends of mine had remarked about my skin. I was about 10 days into using Naturasil Anti-Wrinkle Serum and decided to take some pictures to compare my skin to the pictures I initially took 10 days prior.
Wow! An Anti-Wrinkle Serum That Actually Works!
Needless to say, the results I got in 10 days of use are quite dramatic and pleasantly surprising. For a woman of my age with the type of sun damage I had to my skin to get results like this in less than two weeks using a product that doesn't cost an arm or a leg is shocking, to say the least.
So, if you're looking for an anti-wrinkle serum that really works but is also cost-effective, this skeptic is SOLD on Naturasil Anti-Wrinkle Serum and I highly recommend you give it a try.
